SHACMAN recently held a dedicated service training program and its inaugural Service Skills Competition in Malaysia, bringing together more than 40 service professionals from channel partners across the region.

The training focused on SHACMAN’s 5000 and 6000 series models, covering key technical areas including electrical systems and engine technologies. Combining classroom-based instruction with hands-on equipment practice, the program provided participants with an opportunity to strengthen their technical knowledge and practical service capabilities.
Following the training, SHACMAN held the region’s first Service Skills Competition, designed to further enhance technicians’ hands-on expertise through practical assessments based on real-world after-sales service scenarios. Participants were evaluated on key skills including electrical fault diagnosis and engine disassembly, testing their ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently and accurately.

Based on their combined results in the theoretical assessment and practical competition, outstanding service technicians were recognized with certificates of completion and prizes.
The event represents another step in SHACMAN’s efforts to strengthen its regional service network and develop highly skilled technical teams. By combining professional training with practical skills competition, SHACMAN aims to continuously enhance after-sales service capabilities and provide customers in the Malaysian market with more efficient, professional and reliable service support.
